Salary / Benefits: £45,000 - £58,000 (negotiable and dependent on experience) +Company Car Start Date: July 2020 Company Information: Our client are an established, East Midlands based, Civil Engineering and Groundworks Contractor working on projects across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at their head office. The role will have involvement in the full lifecycle of projects from initial enquiries and tenders through to the agreement of final accounts and financial closure within the client. To be suitable for the position you must have; * 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience within Civils sector * Good understanding of various forms of contract including: NEC and JCT * Experience on projects involving groundworks and/or infrastructure on new build housing * Full UK driving license
