The Company work within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors; this role will be initially based in the Data Centre Sector. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will already have accomplished project and operational management skills in the engineering, construction or civil sectors with extensive user knowledge of project software including MS Project. Specifically, the new project manager will produce and implement efficient programs of work forming the link between the design, commercial and installation requirements in a fast-moving build environment. Regardless of industry sector, we are looking for a project manager who is capable of working on numerous projects at the same time. Personality wise, we need to see an energetic individual with a tenacious attitude and the ability to keep “several plates spinning at the same time”. The company is located in Gloucestershire and the surrounding scenic countryside boasts an extremely wide range of affordable accommodation and attractions which should to suit individuals or families moving to the area. Important the role is primarily office based but there will be a requirement to visit sites throughout the UK. Assistant Site Manager – SMSTS Hampshire / Surrey border – close to the M3 corridor. Circa £30 My clients’ have developed a modular building process that rapidly reduces the onsite build time but does not compromise on quality. The building projects are used within the Data-centre, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors. The company are looking for a proactive and versatile assistant site manager who is hands-on and has the tact and diplomacy to deal with prestigious and demanding clients whilst delivering a project on time and within budget - does this sound like you? We are looking for someone with some site experience, SMSTS and a wide understanding of project management software tools. The successful person will train with a more senior manager eventually becoming responsible for all site activities including onsite Health and Safety and the coordination of the Clients infrastructure works Contractor. Personality wise, we expect to see applications from well organised individuals who have the flexibility and the ability, to gain a clear and sound understanding of the company’s unique design, commercial and technical requirements. The buildings are factory manufactured leaving the on-site time to a minimum. The site duration can range from as little as two months to two years, depending on the size and complexity of the installation. This role is a large Government project running for well over a year and will suit someone who lives within the Hampshire / Surrey border close to the M3 Corridor. The company are looking for a proactive and versatile site manager who is hands-on and has the tact and diplomacy to deal with prestigious and demanding clients whilst delivering a project on time and within budget - does this sound like you? We are looking for someone with established site experience of managing significant sized projects, SMSTS qualified and a wide understanding of project management software tools. The successful person will be responsible for all site activities including onsite Health and Safety and the coordination of the Clients infrastructure works Contractor. Personality wise, we expect to see applications from well organised individuals who have the flexibility and the ability, to gain a clear and sound understanding of the company’s unique design, commercial and technical requirements.
