Air Conditioning Project Manager Southampton | Immediate start | Permanent | 40-45K + car allowance - Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the primary function and responsibilities of the Project Manager will include leadership and management of traditional and Design and Build projects, with overall responsibility for planning, procurement, construction progress, handover, financial performance, commercial management and safe delivery of all projects under their control in accordance with the company policy & procedures and adhering to all statutory and regulatory legislation. - Responsible for planning and organizing the duties of employees within the project team.
