Responsible for onsite construction plan including schedule and logistics

Reviews all RFI’s and SI’s in a timely manner and communicates any issues or changes to those involved

In conjunction with construction project team, maintains and drives the schedule with a focus on work sequence ensuring milestones and deadlines are being met
Ensures project materials are ordered and supplied
Conducts daily site inspections to ensure work is being done in accordance with building and safety regulations and that quality standards are maintained
Ensures that project is being built in accordance with plans, specifications and shop drawings
Completes and submits daily Superintendent Reports
Works with Project Manager and Subtrades to ensure project is progressing within budget
