I am currently working with a company who need multiple Fire Stoppers for a contract in Edinburgh. Minimum 9 months. 2+ years’ experience in passive fire stopping The work will involve removing previous unfit Passive Protection and upgrading it. Knowledge of Glass Rock Board is preferred but not essential, IPAF and CSCS are required. £17 p/h – Mon to Fri

Experience in managing a team is essential, works range from social housing contracts to working in public schools, hospitals and commercial offices. Must have: * Minimum 2 years’ experience * NVQ Level 2 in Passive fire protection (FIRAS preferred) * FIRAS Supervisor Certification * SSSTS Preferred (not essential) * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Stopping Inspectors Diploma This is a permanent position, salary will vary depending on experience and accreditations, starting at £32k up to £38k per annum.
