Lancashire Double Glazing have successfully traded for over 34 years and due increase in sales we require an additional building Team to build conservatory bases and small single storey extensions within 20-25 miles off the Preston area. We will consider either 2 tradesmen or one with a labourer. We have our own mini digger and motorised wheelbarrow to help you with the ground works. The ideal applicants must be trustworthy, reliable and take a pride in their work and always keeping the site tidy. Must have own tools and have a current driving licence. if someone is interested and doesn’t have a partner then still apply because we could pair you up with someone else Must have a driving licence * Vehicle can be supplied * Long Term work * Weekly Pay * Excellent Rates * Would consider Part time applicants as well

Designer Draughtman LDG Contracts are part of the Lancashire Double Glazing Group based in Preston. We manufacture, supply and install aluminium windows, doors and bi-folds to a range of commercial, retail and trade customers throughout the North West of England successfully traded for 33 years . You will be working under within a team of 4 including our Technical Director who will assist with techincal information and liaising with Clients and Architects . The role will also involve processing construction issue drawings to manufacture release in Autocad and producing schedules for brackets, pressings and fixings. Experience in using Logical software would be an advantage but not a necessity Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1630hrs and 1600Hrs finish on a friday (although this could be flexible). The position can be based either at Ellesmere Port or Preston, working from home may be considered for applicants outside of these areas. Salary in the range of 35-45k depending on experience

Contracts Manager – Aluminium Curtain Walling This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a log established leading manufacturer and installer of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling to the Construction Industry as a Small works Contracts Manager . We have an extensive logistical base and manufacturing facilities, to allow the Company full independence and flexibility in the marketplace. Due to a full order book and contracts spanning well into 2023 we now need to strengthen our management team another Small works Contracts Manager . This Contracts Manager position is flexible and may include managing multiple small contracts to start with and then possibly evolve into a full time site management position when one our Large contracts starts. The Contracts Manager must have experience in project coordination, managing installers and working to programme and deadlines. We do our own Powder Coating and manufacture the majority of our own products including Glass ,Brackets and Pressings which can help with reduced lead times and give a better service than normal to our Contract Managers. This is a long term Contracts Manager opportunity and applicants must have experience in the the curtain wall Industry. The majority of our work is based around the North West and Manchester and not based at Head Office. This is a full time Contracts Manager position based in the offices at Preston, salary range: £40 -45000 per annum and will consider freelance All other benifits can be discussed at interview stage
