The Senior Project Manager must have experience working for a Consultancy as a Project Manager and working across various sectors, including Logistics, Residential, BTR, Student Accommodation and more. Senior Project Manager requirements: Degree educated in a relevant subject, such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Engineering, ideally MRICS or MCIOB accredited. Senior Strategic Land Manager A successful housebuilder and promoter is keen to grow their strategic land function and wants a Senior Strategic Land Manager to bolster the team. With the main patch within the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, this developer looks at both immediate and strategic sites to add value to their portfolio and land bank. This role will suit someone in a similar role with a competitor, either in the region or relocating into it, or someone within a residential development team either in land agency, development consultancy or planning, but interested in or specializing within Land Management. As a Senior Strategic Land Manager, you will primarily identify and assess land opportunities against company criteria and assist in planning, technical and financial appraisal of sites. Your duties will include the close coordination of information for offers to be made on sites and collating information from external consultants and internal departments in order that offers are made on time. The company have delivered over 2,000 units in the last 12 years and are set to deliver more, well built, family homes in the area with a positive mindset and growth strategy. Senior Strategic Land Manager; This position will allow you to report directly into the Managing Director to help seize strategic land and help to fuel the growth of the Group. Formulate Land Strategy, including target areas and types of sites. The candidate will be expected to handle all negotiations directly with landowners agreeing all the legal documents. Deals will be considered on their individual merits and include Option Agreements/ Subject to Planning/ Promotion/ Unconditional deals. You will be expected to source strategic sites, which will involve you being out of the office and relying on your own expertise and industry contacts in addition to using internal and software tools as applicable. Admin support for letter drops etc. is available. You will be expected to have strong market knowledge and have an active presence in the market place. As a senior member of the company you will need a positive team attitude and willingness to work with colleagues across a range of desks is required. The candidate will have aspects of Project Managing for existing land portfolio in conduction with their existing team and established consultants. The Developer have their own Modular homes and are open to JV’s with other organisations, where suitable. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a National House Builder, who have a great site in West Sussex and are building much needed family homes. If you have 5+ years of experience working client side for a Developer or House Builder and want a new challenge, this could be it. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report into the Commercial Director and have responsibility for delivering these new homes. Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Managing the procurement costs relating to multiple building projects in accordance with the Commercial timetable. Working closely with Contracts Manager, Project/Site Managers, Technical Manager, Sales Manager and Customer Care Manager; Apply change control procedure; Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues; Manage sub-contractor accounts including ensuring that payments are timely and correct, and any other commercial issues are resolved; Prepare and maintain procurement schedules; Produce monthly CVR reports to monitor and control project finances below the construction budget; Reviewing sub-contractor queries and general sub-contact administration; Prepare, monitor and control risk and opportunity schedule; Ensure that the site is insured; Oversee QS’s and Assistant QS’s; including training plans and appraisals; Ensure work packages are procured, managed and financially controlled in a timely manner to meet construction programme; Monitor objectives of direct reports; Ensure direct reports follow correct procedures; Assist the Commercial Manager with relevant duties including preparation of financial reports for main board meetings; Manage Sales Extras procedures; Finalise and issue monthly cashflows. We are working with a National Facade Contractor who have won a large leisure project with one of the worlds most famous sports stadiums. They are now looking for a Site Manager who has extensive experience with Facades and Cladding to help complete the improvements on this iconic building in Central London. The Site Manager will be responsible for the site movements, health & Safety and ensuring that all cladding and facade work is completed to a very high standard. * Managing multiple site managers * Client facing * Weekly update meetings * Hands on approach * Report directly into the Construction Manager If you are available to start in August and work on a rolling contract with enough work to last until at least February next year with more projects in the pipeline, then please get in touch

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a Facilities Management provider in the Surrey area.
