You will have a strong civils and build background to take a new 250 modular housing development in West Lothian from conception to completion. New build housing experience to also cover groundworks, civils, drainage, structures, external works, landscaping, masonry, high quality interior designs, M&E coordination. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage site programmes as agreed with the client and stakeholders; meeting deadlines and expected work outputs
Managing and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Providing support and continual guidance for the team
Ensure all activities meet with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations and environmental policies
Maintain resource levels of labour, plant and materials
Managing sub-contractors
Qualifications or Required Experience:
First Aid at Work
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Current valid driving license
MUST have experience civils and build background
Proven experience of efficient programme management within civils
Must have a civil engineering degree or relevant qualification

Maintenance Supervisor – Bank, London - Up to £45,000 Per annum
A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM service provider. My client is looking for an engineering supervisor to be based predominately in the Head Office but to offer additional managerial and hands-on support to other sites as an when required. The successful candidate be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous lead or supervisory experience. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the opportunity to progress and grow within the business.
Working with team on site and in co-ordination with the account manager, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory and maintenance tasks.
* Report directly into the Contract / Account Manager
* Assist the Contract Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
* Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Contract Manager
* Arrange specialist sub-contractors
* Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Contract Manager)
* Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
* Attend client meetings if required
* Carry out hands on M&E / Fabric maintenance (Hands on / Supervisory)
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
* Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Hours of Work, Salary & Benefits
* Up to £45,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
* Auto enrolment pension contribution
* 25 Days Holiday (Increasing 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days)
* Cycle to Work Scheme
Requirements
* Electrically qualified
* C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
* C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
* You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Experience of service delivery in high profile office
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
* Attend client meetings if required
* Offer technical support to the Contract Manager, client and maintenance team
