Following continued growth and expansion, our client, a major facades maintenance contractor, are seeking a window installer/glazier to complete London based commercial glazing and cladding projects. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out window/door installations and have the ability to complete projects to a high standard on commercial properties, offices, large retail units etc. Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ installation experience • Full Uk driving license • Work as a member of a team • Candidates should have good attention to detail • Ability to interpret drawings/floor plans • Able to meet agreed programme deadlines • Maintain good relationships with Clients. • Good knowledge of Health and SafetyDesired certification • CSCS Card, Pasma, Ipaf, etc preferred but training would be considered for the right applicant .Personal qualities • Candidates should have a professional attitude and approach to work, be organised and punctual • Good communication skills Salary dependant on experience, although will all recieve work van, with correct tools needed, fuel card plus 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

Working in a range on environments from Warehouses to MOD Site. Need to be able to PAT Test. You will be carrying out general electrical repairs, fault finding, diagnostics, testing and installations in a variety of premises. Requirements * Have a full UK driving license. * Have experience of domestic maintenance work. * Experience test & inspecting work. * Have excellent diagnostic skills. * Work to the highest possible standards. * Must have exceptional customer service skills * 17th/18th Edition * 2391 Preferred but not essential * All relevant hand tools * Valid ECS Card
