At present, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team in Bristol with a focus on delivering schemes within the education sector. Primarily this team works within primary and secondary education acting on behalf of both central government and local authorities.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role with a leading construction consultancy, ideally with around 3 - 5 years of experience specifically within the education sector. This should include working with both the ESFA and local authorities, however if you have only worked with one of these types of client then that would be acceptable.
This role will ideally suit a relatively experienced Project Manager, however you could also be a talented and driven Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £34,000 – £40,000 plus an extensive and flexible benefits package which includes; car allowance, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years Project Management experience
* Experience delivering primary and secondary education schemes on behalf of the ESFA and/or Local Authorities
* Hold or be working towards chartered status with a relevant institution (ICE, CIOB, APM, RICS etc.)

This role will ideally suit a relatively experienced Project Manager, however you could also be a talented and driven Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £34,000 – £40,000 plus an extensive and flexible benefits package which includes; car allowance, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years Project Management experience
* Experience delivering primary and secondary education schemes on behalf of the ESFA and/or Local Authorities
* Hold or be working towards chartered status with a relevant institution (ICE, CIOB, APM, RICS etc.)

You will have experience of running design & build projects including steel frame & multi storey. A can do attitude and strong work ethic is required as well as being an excellent communicator, especially face to face with clients.
Due to a recently awarded contract they are looking for a Project Manager to join them. Ideally you will be Wiltshire/Oxfordshire based as they have a strong pipeline of work in those locations.
Essential health & safety qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
