Freelance Site Managers - Social Housing Projects – Hackney & South London £250 - £300 per day - 4 Month Contract The Company/Position: I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established construction, maintenance service provider within the Social Housing Refurbishment sector. They are currently recruiting for Site Managers to undertake Kitchen and Bathroom replacements and refurbishments in Hackney and another position in South London. Internals Construction Manager Required - 1 Years Fixed Term Contract - Peterborough - £70K -£75K per annum - Major Hospital Project The Company/Position: I am currently recruiting on behalf of a top 10 Main Contractor with a turnover approaching £1 Billion. They are currently recruiting for a construction manager to work on an existing hospital. They are responsible for the conversion of 3 empty spaces across the hospital into wards valued at £10m - £15m.They are seeking someone that is highly experienced with managing Internal sub-contractors on major complex projects whilst maintaining good relations with the client. Duties: * Responsible for pushing the internal works programme forward to ensure project deadlines met. * Including ordering of materials, sub contract management and client liaison. * Responsible for Quality - Check specification & drawings against works completed & materials used. * Maintain visual effect of site and surrounding area projects Requirements: * Previous experience Ideally Pharmaceutical or Healthcare (not essential) * Must be strong on the internals side CAT A & B and M&E * Degree in Construction Management Advantageous but (not essential) What is in it for you? * A basic salary (negotiable) * Contributory Pension Scheme. * Private Healthcare. * Life Assurance * Discretionary Bonus Scheme. Groundworker Our client is a top 20 Main Contractor that specialises in fast track steel frame projects across the South East. They are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to work on a £10 million Retail project in the Bicester area. My client also have a regional office in the North East which caters for work in that area. Due to growth they are now seeking to recruit a Sub Agent for a new project. The Role My client are looking to recruit a Sub Agent to work on a large enabling works package of a £120m New Build Industrial Scheme in Barton Upon Humber. You will look after external works packages, including S278, access roads, earthworks and general civils packages. Invision Recruitment are recruiting for a Document Controller to work on a £100m project in Swindon for my client, a Top 25 Main Contractor. The project is set to last for two years and will comprise of the construction of a large commercial facility for an online retailer. My client are seeking to recruit a Document Controller / Site Admin for the duration of the project, the system they are using on site is Aconex so previous experience of using this would be ideal, although not essential. Please note, this role will also have admin responsibilities alongside document control so applicants will also need to be happy with carrying out other dueties as required. Freelance is the preferred route for this, however, they will also consider those who wish to undertake a permanent role.
