Project Coordinator Location - Folkestone Salary – up to £30,000 per annum Key responsibilities: * Effective Planning of works * Agreeing basic scopes of work * Agreeing programmes of work with the sub-contractor * Ensure all sub contract labour resources are fully briefed in * Production of Risk Assessment and Method Statements * Raise early warnings on CEMAR system to Identify potential problems on the project * Compensation event then to be raised following a problem that has a value or time impact on the project * Survey works and compile quotations for civil works on site * Production of COSHH assessments * Carry out Tool Box Talks with Sub-contractors * Carry out Site Inspections and compile reports * Setting to work of sub-contractors and staff * Management of Civil projects and Sub-contractors * Health & Safety Audits on projects * Undertake regular audits in line with audit schedule on QSHE working files * Effective Management of civil projects ensuring work is carried out safely and compliantly * Setting up and Holding regular meetings with the client from the start to the finish of projects * Managing the delivery of the sub contract works to the agreed level of quality, programme and budget * Regular communication to update Facilities Manager on Project status Requirements: * Ideally from a construction or maintenance works background * Ability to plan work effectively * Good Judgement and decision making * Good organisation skills * Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines * Strong health and safety knowledge – SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum, NEBOSH desirable * Ability to draft and review suitable and sufficient RAMS to allow works to be completed in a safe manner * Ability to motivate others

National Grid Competent Person (CP) Required – Immediate Start InVictus are currently looking to recruit preferably an electrician (not compulsory) to join a small works team on a large commercial site in Connah’s Quay. Duties will consist of assisting the works team, pulling cables, mounting equipment and other general site duties. Rate of Pay: £24 per hour Hours: 8am – 5pm Requirements: * MUST HAVE National Grid CP certificate (Without this you will not be successful) * MUST HAVE Experience working on site * MUST HAVE own PPE
