Not only will you carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, you’ll oversee volunteers and contractors ensuring work is carried out with minimal disruption. Responsibilities will include: Carrying out maintenance duties including basic electrical, painting, plumbing and carpentry. Ensuring work spaces are kept clean, clear and free of obstruction. Carrying out periodic inspections and checks and updating the maintenance schedule. Assisting in the supervision and management of external contractors. Carrying out removal of waste and maintaining the refuse area. Ensuring all work complies with Company policies and Standards and other regulations and requirements.
