CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - LEADING FLAT & PITCHED ROOFING MANUFACTURER (French & Dutch speaking) Job Description Exciting opportunity to join a leading brand within the Roofing product sector focusing on roof ventilation, pitched roofing materials and other roofing systems aligned for both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The Role The role is to be the main point of contact for existing and new customers. Within the position the successful candidate will be tasked with providing first class customer service, develop customer relationships, resolve any issues or blockages on the customer journey and work close with the sales team to optimise opportunities. Along with this the candidate will also be an integral part of the customer development life-cycle and help create opportunities for new business. You will also work closely with the clients Benelux offices, so being able to speak Dutch and French is paramount. Time will be split between their Leicestershire office and working from home. This doesn't need to be focusing on construction however would be advantageous. The candidate must be able to speak a good standard of both French and Dutch.
