We have around 6 Months available here to start and this may be extended. £25 Per Hour Usual site times 7.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday Can pay CIS / ltd Company Weekly pay Please note that this is based in town centre and no parking is available on site. Brief Description We are looking for someone who is organised and can follow instructions. They need to be reliable as they will be in control of the co-ordination of site deliveries from a busy road and around site on a daily basis. There will be a delivery schedule issued daily of which they will need to meet the delivery truck and assist off the road as necessary. They will then be required to offload the lorry and co-ordinate material storage on site. Then safely see the truck off site. They will then be responsible for the distribution of material to the new building footprint. During quiet periods we would expect them to take on the role of cleaning welfare facilities. Generally keep the site nice and tidy. Must Haves:  Valid telehandler ticket.
