As a result of the continual growth within the company, they are now looking for an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this very successful team and work on an impressive £85m project.
The ideal candidate
Will already be a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Have a strong understanding of Main Contracting New Build commercial projects
Taken a number of projects from ground through to completion- and managed all subcontractor packages.
Project Experience £20m upwards.
Experienced in New Build and Refurb projects
A self-starter.
This will suit an individual that is looking for stability, that’s self-driven and ambitious and wants to progress within the business.
In return the company is offering a basic salary of up to £80k, pension, 28 days’ holiday, bonus, healthcare, car allowance and other great benefits.

The Role
The company is looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor, who will be reporting into a Commercial Manager.
Duties will include:
* Prepare detailed cost reporting on a weekly/ monthly basis.
* Monitor and explain all cost movements.
* Produce and prepare all valuations and variations
* Produce Final accounts and CVR’s.
Individual:
The company is driven, hardworking and ambitious as a collective. This will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked on New Build Construction projects and covered Data Centres, Warehouses and Commercial Office new Builds from start to completion. Main Contracting background will be essential.
Must have
* Degree Qualified
* Worked for a main Contractor over the last 5 years
* Covered projects from £10m upwards as a minimum
* Currently a SeniorQuantity Surveyor
* Commercially astute
* Full clean driving licence
* Ambitious
* Willingness to learn
* Excellant working knowledge of NEC
