Their portfolio includes work within the commercial, education, healthcare and industrial sectors with typical project values ranging from £500,000 to over £6 million. Responsibilities; - Preparing Tender and Contract documents - Preparing Bills of Quantities - Risk Management and Cost Control - Sub Contractor Work Allocation - Preparing Accurate Progress Reports - Completed Work Valuations and Payments Key Experience and Requirements; - Minimum 3 to 5 Years Quantity Surveying experience. - You will have experience of previously working within the same or similar role. - Degree qualified (or moving towards professional membership) is preferable but not essential. - New build, refurbishment and/or D&B exposure would be beneficial. - Excellent communication/ team work capability. - Computer literacy will also be essential. - The role will be reporting to the commercial director. They are currently seeking a highly competent civils Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee amendments to public highways and other roads and bridge projects ranging from £1 million to over £10 million in value working within a friendly team covering projects around the M25, Surrey, East & West Sussex. An exciting position has arisen for one of our construction consultants based in Hampshire. They are seeking a full time assistant to support the Build Manager typically with site inspections, site reports and pricing and costings of work packages within external envelope projects typically cladding, facades, curtain walling and glazing. Ideally you come from a contractors or consultants background either as a commercial Estimator/QS, Site Coordinator, Engineer or Office Assistant although a construction background is the important background. Tower Crane Operator required to operate a Luffing Jib Tower Crane on a new build construction site in Chippenham for 2 months. Applicants must have previous experience in operating a Luffing Jib Tower Crane, hold a CPCS Card and hold an up to date fitness to work medical certificate. The pay rate will be £190.00 per day. Duties will include unloading wagons with deliveries of materials, moving materials around site, carrying out all crane lifts with the aid of a Slinger Signaller and all other associated duties as and when required

They are currently applying for IFC Accreditation however hold other accreditations and have a number of potential new build and refurbishment projects in the pipeline. They operate across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex and work for the larger National builders but are looking to expand their Fire Stopping business to the commercial sector. Role; They are seeking an experienced "Fire Stopping Installer / Supervisor" to help run the day to day operations of the fire business, help recruit the team and help develop and grow the company and ideally develop leads.
