Future Build are currently working alongside a valued client of ours in their search for a Bid Writer. This is an employer that offers flexible working with up to 4 days working from home per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing main contractor based in Hertfordshire. They have an annual turnover of £150 million and complete projects across a variety of sectors. They pride themselves on maintaining strong client relationships and as a result of this 70% of their business is with repeat clients. Typically the projects they deliver range from £10 million to £35 million in value. Due to the continued growth of the business they are looking to add an experienced bid writer to the team. Responsibilities: * To write exemplary qualitative responses to secure new opportunities for the Company in line with the business plan. * Ensure timely information is produced for qualitative submission * Provide exemplary qualitative answers for PQQs and tenders where required and liaise with pre-construction and regional teams * Carry out quality client research * Filing of excellent responses into library About you: * Experience in Bid Writing within the Construction Industry * Excellent time management / prioritisation skills. * A high attention to detail If this position is of interest please apply and a consultant will be in touch

They operate in the commercial fit our and refurbishment markets, providing solutions in drywall partitions, acoustic treatments, Glazed partitions, Joinery, and suspended ceilings They have a strong workforce covering London and the surrounding counties, successfully delivering projects that reach several million pounds in value. Due to an increase in work load and company expansion they now have a vacancy for an Assistant Surveyor to join the team and assist in the commercial operations of the business. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and Director, shadowing them on occasional site visits and carrying out Surveying duties at their offices in Surrey.
