They are looking for a Cladding & Curtain Walling Project Manager to join their Cladding & Curtain Walling Divisions. Company Overview The company are one of the fasted growing cladding sub - contractors with over 30 staff growing and due to an extremely healthy line of work scheduled for 2023. The business is based in Central London. Duties * Settles final account negotiations with company directors * Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring all aspects of site health and safety * Ensure that a cost plan is maintained for each project * Obtain client agreement to make applications for stage and/or final payments at earliest opportunity to maximise cash-flow including resolving issues with client to secure payment. * Encourage best practice and continuous improvement. * Site visits at least 2 times per week. * Support the site management team to ensure all pressured areas are met (RAMs, Access, Labour, Material deliver Requirements * SMSTS is essential * Working for a Facades contractor is preferred but not essential * High rise experience is essential * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management for a specialist sub-contractor installing * Understanding of working on tight deadlines * Can lead teams * Has a strong understanding of rain screen cladding * Previous experience with multiple Facade Systems What the candidate gets in return * Progression & training * A chance to work on some of the most vast projects within London * Progressive structure from the first day * Working in a family environment For more details on this fantastic vacancy please contact Kyle Francis at Streamline Services

We are looking for skilled Carpentry Improvers to join an established construction team based in Loughton, with the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of exciting large-scale high end outdoor developments in Essex and the Home Counties. Once you are comfortable in the role you will then be trained up to become a 1st fix Carpenter and eventually running jobs yourself, with the view to eventually going Permanent. Requirements :- - Previous experience or understanding of Carpentry within construction. - Organised and methodical - Outgoing and polite. - Willing to take guidance and learn Pay - £100 - £110 D.O.E and references. We are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the Ventilation Package for a well known Ductwork and Ventilation Contractor in London. This would be working on an underground project so similar project experience would be ideal. This would be an ASAP Start on a freelance basis with the option to move perm on a PAYE basis after 3-6 months. Currently only 9 weeks in the Electrical Manager will take the complete Electrical package through to completion (30 months) reporting into a Senior M&E Project Manager. Looking for a JUNIOR/ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join a main contractor / consultancy. This would be initially on a basement of a large residential development 16 week contract with a view to move onto a larger residential project after. As a company they take on contracts up to £5 million. Would be open to someone who is on day release at University or someone to do 5 days a week. - you must have some experience in Quantity Surveying £20,000 - £28,000 per anum

Technical Manager - Residential Developer 300 unit Mixture of Traditional and RC Frame. You will be the lead on this site reporting into a Technical Director. Initially one day a week on site and the rest of time in head office. £65,000 - £75,000 + Car or allowance + annual bonus -up to 10% of salary. Must have experience on RC Frame builds at all stages of the design process. You must of lead the technical side of a similar sized project - ideally for another developer but will consider from a main contractor also. Shown good communication skills and have a proactive approach when dealing with consultants and site teams - building a good relationship here will be key to your success within the business.
