BMS Installation Supervisor City of London Perm £50k + package Overview A busy client of ours are currently recruiting for a BMS Installation Supervisor or a BMS Manager to work on a variety of sites across Central London and manage both the BMS installation works, but also the engineers and contractors as well as liaison with clients. This role has come about due to general business expansion and due to the nature of the business and the growth within it, this role offers profit shares as well as potential company shares should thigs progress. Requirements Previous experience on UK BMS sites is essential Up to 5 years' experience working in a similar BMS role Previous BMS or Installation supervisor or management experience Experience working with/dealing/managing contractors and engineersResponsibilities Represent the commercial interests of the business and act as the client interface onsite at all times. Management of the BMS Installation works and the installation engineers on site Responsible for (drawings, materials, plant etc) and being aware of the costings on the project ensuring that the job is running profitably and within budget & timeline. You will not only be doing service works, but also account management, dilapidation reports and surveys as well as some on site sales.
