Manage photo shoots and filming for marketing and PR purposes.
Lead our PR and Events from developing the strategy through to execution and evaluation
Always working towards the brand to help promote our values and vision.
Maintaining and overseeing all social media and monthly in-house magazine and uploading recruitment adverts, Internal Progression stories & Company Reviews, with a knack for using social media and current events to showcase Pimlico’s unique culture
Co-ordinate invite lists and RSVPs for special events
Manage Media / PR enquiries.
Experience managing a website and content on that website
The ability to manage distributed teams to run projects
Experience working and managing to a set budget
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
10 years’ experience in Marketing & PR
Contacts in the media and wider industries
Detailed knowledge and understanding of social media
Exceptional organisational skills
Experience in running events
Solid writing skills
Excellent editing and presentation skills
Experience in managing a budget
Team player
Sociable and outgoing, yet professional when liaising with clients, guests, press and business contacts.
Knowledge of computer applications is essential, including Microsoft Office & Excel

Have a full UK manual driving licence
Have served a full trade apprenticeship
Have the equivalent to 5 years post qualification work experience

Duties include:
Plan and carry out site quality inspection checks of in progress building works across all trades (Heating, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.) as well as overall Pimlico standards
Draw attention to areas of potential problems related to activities being undertaken
Ensure that works being undertaken are to Pimlico’s standards
Provide inspection reports for each visit including photos when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction with work quality & engineer relations
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience of working in the property / building sector
Experience in project management and control of contractors
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and enjoy motivating a team.
Full manual UK driving licence
Strong communication and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Good commercial awareness and customer focus
