The role, which is heavily road based, will involve ensuring the standards of the company are met by our engineers with regards to their working practices. Duties include: Plan and carry out site quality inspection checks of in progress building works across all trades (Heating, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.) as well as overall Pimlico standards Draw attention to areas of potential problems related to activities being undertaken Ensure that works being undertaken are to Pimlico’s standards Provide inspection reports for each visit including photos when needed Ensure customer satisfaction with work quality & engineer relations Essential Requirements: Previous experience of working in the property / building sector Experience in project management and control of contractors Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and enjoy motivating a team.
