My client, a leading general building contractor, is looking for a Plumber for a Planned Miantenance and Insurance Works Benefits: Van and fuel card will be supplied. Responsibilities: • Carry out planned maintenance work on all plumbing installations for new kitchens and bathrooms • Day to day repairs across the local housing stock • Customer focused • Problem solver Requirements • Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service • Clean & tidy • Basic Handtools

Sphere Solutions are working on behalf of a leading social housing contractor, who presently require a number of Multi Skilled Tradesmen. You'll need to be proficient in both plastering and carpentry and may be required to do additional works also. Job duration is around 2 months work. Working hours can be up to 50 per week, with potential for weekend works too. CSCS Card is required

Electrician's Mate with CSCS Cards required to assist Electricians with installation works on a new build student accommodation project. Initially 2 weeks work, 40 hours, but this should progress to a few months duration

Cleaner/Labourer/Social Distancing Monitor required for work on a Social Housing development in Barnet. 45 hours per week available, £12ph. The contract is for 3 week's holiday cover, panning the rest of August. CSCS is preferred but not essential. Start date Thursday 13th August 2020. Must be able to communicate confidently in English, and be comfortable controlling staff from a social distancing standpoint. We are looking for: Hoist Operative to start on 6th July on a 40 week project Cardiff Central Hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30-16:30, as teh job progresses hours may increase and some Saturdays may be required. £13-£14 p/hr depending on experience.
