The Role:
* Managing a variety of projects simultaniously for Global retailers, The projects can vary from new installations to Migrations and upgrades in values from €50k - €1m+
* Planning, scheduling, organizing and directing the project from inception to handover
* Ensure projects are executed within budgeted cost and time schedules to ensure positive cash flow.
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in a project management / supervisory role within electronic, networks, fire alarm & life safety and/or building automation
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* PMI certification, SMSTS and driving licence are essential
* Financial analytical skills including cost control

Our client, Our client, specialists in the Lift industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Call Out Engineer based around the Aberdeen area to join their Service team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
* Carry out the service and maintenance on a range of lifts in the Aberdeen region
* Respond proactively and timely to lift breakdowns aiming to always achieve first time fix.
* Carry out minor lift repairs
* Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent
* Knowledfe of variety of different makes and types of equipment, such as dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts and hydraulics
