They're ideally looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, ideally experience working on large scale commercial projects. Reporting to a Director, you will be working closely with the project delivery design team and responsible for client liaison on various large commercial schemes. Key responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for the delivery of the entire project
- Responsible for the development of the cost management strategy and delivery
- Producing cost plans and cost reports
- Manage risk processes and value management
