Senior Quantity Surveyor - Berkshire We are currently working with a leading Property & Construction consultancy, with offices based throughout the UK and Europe, who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Berkshire office. They're ideally looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, ideally experience working on large scale commercial projects. Reporting to a Director, you will be working closely with the project delivery design team and responsible for client liaison on various large commercial schemes. Key responsibilities will include: -Responsible for the delivery of the entire project - Responsible for the development of the cost management strategy and delivery - Producing cost plans and cost reports - Manage risk processes and value management - preparing formal project progress and other reports - Working with supply chain and implementing effective procurement - Liaising with clients, contractors and designers - Responsible for managing sub-consultants and construction managers - Attending and chairing meetings Requirements: - MRICS Qualified - Minimum of 15 years' experience, including experience working on large scale commercial schemes - Experience managing full project delivery - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Experience working with design teams - Excellent organisational skills - Full UK drivers licence and ability/willingness to travel In Return: - £60,000 - £70,000 salary - Car allowance - Professional fees paid for - Discretionary bonus scheme - Health/Life Insurance - Company pension scheme - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell holidays)

They're looking for an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to working within the inter-disciplinary team on a variety of commercial, residential, care home and education projects. The role will include Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent and Project Monitoring duties. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Essex Our clients are a leading Civil Engineering and Construction contractor operating throughout London, the Home Counties, Suffolk and Essex. As they continue to expand their Eastern division, they're currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Civil Engineering team in Essex. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially be involved in an ongoing project based in Essex which is due to complete in Summer 2021. There may also be some requirements to assist on further projects in the Suffolk/Norfolk areas. The client are keen to expand and are looking for someone to play a key role in spearheading this development in the Essex/Suffolk/Norfolk regions. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully delivering Civil Engineering projects and managing/mentoring junior surveyors. As the company continues to grow, there is genuine room for progression into a Managing Surveyor position. The role: Playing a key role in the commercial management of projects by supporting the commercial team in delivering the varied commercial duties as well as being responsible for procuring and managing the supply chain. Actively seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
