The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects in the Croydon region, covering residential, education and restoration. NHF Schedule of Rates knowledge beneficial. Works will include, roofing repairs, external and internal refurbishments, new build, restoration works. Quantity Surveyors will be working as part of a large commercial function, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Quantity Surveyors with a background managing teams on similar types of framework-based jobs will be advantageous. The design manager will be responsible for managing the design process for D&B and Traditional Contracts acting as the primary contact with the design teams and client.
