The role
We are looking for a business analyst to form part of the VolkerWessels ICT Projects team, working from our head office in Hoddesdon.
They will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, from within ICT and the wider business and delivering a high-profile internal solution to automate and integrate the technology solutions across the organisation.
Key accountabilities
Liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand requirements and specifications
Keeping close contact with different stakeholders to manage expectations
Quickly understands both business issues and technical challenges, in order to identify and address potential gaps
Defines and documents requirements and specifications, business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs
Critically evaluates information from multiple sources for a deeper understanding of the underlying business needs
Participates and contributes in the design and solutioning sessions undertaken by the technical teams
Actively manages and prioritises the product backlogs and development roadmaps
Develops testing plans and executes quality assurance and functional testing
Ensures issues are identified, documented, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely mannerSkills & experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into clear requirements that can be picked up by the development team

The role
The Site Manager is a member of the site operations team and is the key person responsible for the successful delivery of the project. The Site Manager has responsibility to ensure health, safety, environmental & quality compliance as well as programme and budget requirements
Key accountabilities
TENDER:
* Provide operational support to specific tender as directed by the Director.
* Ensure full understanding of complete tender documentation.
