Senior Estimator Location: Portsmouth Hours of work: Core working hours Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience + Commission Plus a company phone & laptop Dynamite Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a very successful business based in Hampshire! Due to an increase in workload, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. As Senior Estimator, you will be: Liaising with third parties to manage the estimation process of several projects Liaising with suitable supply chains ensuring project enquires are accurately costed Completion of site surveys to understand and establish a suitable scope of works Review commercial elements and input data for the plans to completions etc Attend pre-start meetings with third parties Handover of successful estimates Submitting tenders to clients that include drawings, letter of offers, specifications, data sheets, programs etc The ideal Senior Estimator will: Have previous experience as an Estimator within the building trade, ideally roofing or cladding! Have a fantastic understanding and knowledge of construction. Have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills. Be customer-focused and able to build professional working relationships. Must have a full & clean driving license!!
