Archer Recruitment is working with an independent London construction consultancy who have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to work on projects in the Residential and Hotel sectors of up to £20m in value. The Project Manager will be joining a highly experienced team, with guidance and support from an Associate Director. The client will consider candidates at Assistant PM or PM level with solid consultancy experience and can provide full APC support to become chartered with RICS. The Project Manager will lead on multiple developments through RIBA stages 2-6, working closely with client teams and other stakeholders. They will need 3+ years’ proven experience in project delivery, ideally within the Residential or Hotel sectors. The client is looking to conduct interviews via video calls ASAP and can onboard new employees remotely. Staff have the option of working remotely from home, or from the office in central London which has recently reopened. The salary on offer is up to £50,000 per annum, with 24 days annual leave, private healthcare, pension and other benefits. As the residential sector continues to bounce back and strengthen one of our current Project and Cost Consultancy clients are looking to hire a new Senior Project Manager to work as part of their Project management team. Based in North West London, this business has had success with some of the UK's leading residential developers. They are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business working closely with the Project Management lead on delivering a £100+ Million Scheme and £40+ Million Residential Scheme. You will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of new build residential schemes and have the relevant experience in delivering these schemes in a Senior project management capacity. Employers Agent experience is highly desirable in this role. Interviews are currently taking place and suitable candidates will be offered between £60,000 to £65,000 plus company benefits. Working on New Build Residential and Refurbishment schemes, you will be part of a growing team of Clerk of Works for this well-known consultancy. You will have the opportunity to cover the South East of England (Surrey, Sussex, Kent) working with like-minded professionals delivering a first-class service. About the Role Working closely with Building Contractors. Preparation of reports for contract administrators/project managers. Carrying out regular inspections of construction work and monitoring progress. Verifying compliance with contractual drawings, specifications, warranty standards and employer’s requirements. Identify discrepancies and prepare written reports with supporting photographs on weekly intervals. Organise snagging and ‘end of defects’ inspections with the client in attendance.
