The Role
I am looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a House Builder on a temp to perm ontract. You will be reporting into the Site Manager taking on all tasks set out and assisting in the site office.
Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process
Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed and ensure they are checked for damage and compliance
Liaise with the Housing Association to action remedial items raised.
Ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion.
The Project
The project is a multi phase development of 170 units consisting of houses and apartments; all traditional build.
The Candidate
You must have worked as an Assistant Site Manager for at least 2 years and to have worked on high volume residential sites. A strong communicator with the drive to push trades on site. Someone who can take the initiative and complete daily tasks on time and at a good standard. Familiar with NHBC requirements and regulations, be able to snag units and finish to a high standard.
A trades background is a huge bonus but not essential for the role.

The Role
I am looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a House Builder on a temp to perm ontract. You will be reporting into the Site Manager taking on all tasks set out and assisting in the site office.
Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process
Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed and ensure they are checked for damage and compliance
Liaise with the Housing Association to action remedial items raised.
Ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion.
The Project
The project is a multi phase development of 170 units consisting of houses and apartments; all traditional build.
The Candidate
You must have worked as an Assistant Site Manager for at least 2 years and to have worked on high volume residential sites. A strong communicator with the drive to push trades on site. Someone who can take the initiative and complete daily tasks on time and at a good standard. Familiar with NHBC requirements and regulations, be able to snag units and finish to a high standard.
A trades background is a huge bonus but not essential for the role.
