My Client is currently looking for a Multi Trader on a permanent basis to carry out repairs to occupied and void properties within the Kent/Sussex area. Ideally you will be based in West Kent Duties will include Plastering, with experience in all back grounds and can work with all types of materials (render, hard-wall, bonding and multi finish) and know the correct materials for its application. You will also have experience in carpentry repairs, plumbing repairs , tiling and painting A van will be provided, along with a mobile phone and a fuel card Social Housing experience is required for this role This will be a 42.5 hour week, call outs rota is optional too

The business operates predominately within the M25 and London area and has a tailored portfolio of existing clients. Role:- Our client is seeking an experienced construction business development professional, typically with a background in project management previously. They will have a proven track-record and an existing network of contacts to provide leads and opportunities. Their primary focus will be the London refurbishment market, looking to secure projects between GBP250k and GBP1m. The key attributes of the role are:- · To provide our client with a steady stream of tender opportunities in order to increase turnover and profitability in line with the business plan; · Provide new business opportunities, which reflect the business objectives agreed in the current business plan; · Identify key decision makers within Clients, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and other professionals who are able to provide repeat build and fit-out business opportunities; · Review regularly potential clients and identify their individual work programmes from which likely new business opportunities will be forthcoming; and · Work with the current management to improve sales processes, service offerings, market feedback and create a long-term sales team. Salary:- The base package is circa GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + quarterly sales commission. OTEs would typically be GBP90,000+ per year. Project Architect (RIBA) Kent £ 43,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for a leading Architectural Design Consultancy based in Kent. They are seeking a a RIBA Project Architect to join their team based at their modern offices. You will be working on the design and development of projects from concept stage through to completion of a project. The role will be as an Architect leading an in house team of architectural staff and an external Design Team comprising Sub Consultants for large education and commercial schemes. Main duties shall include: Lead the briefing process. Record the brief in report form, minutes and by compiling room data sheets. Take responsibility for the production of Accommodation Strategies, Feasibility Studies and Utilisation and Area Forecasts. Review and comment on project programmes. Develop Deliverables Schedules for the architectural teams and all associated consultants. Obtain quotations for sub-consultants and appoint as necessary. Prepare concept design sketches and develop the design utilising ArchiCAD in BIM. Brief and manage an architectural team to realise design proposals in a drawn format. Co-ordinate the production of visualisations and animations using the building model with the team. Production of Stage Reports and any other necessary reports required for projects. Chair, record and minute Design Team meetings and Co-ordination meetings. Attend Client project meetings to present architectural designs and reports. Ensure the architectural team produces all information necessary to submit Applications to all relevant statutory authorities. Lead and co-ordinate the Design Team. In conjunction with the client, develop and produce Room Data Sheets. Ensure the design is kept within the Clients set budget. Architectural Technician/Technologist CIAT Kent Circa £43,000 I am currently recruiting for an Architectural Design Consultancy based in Kent . They are seeking a CIAT Architectural Technician/Technologist to work alongside the Architects to collate, organise, investigate and produce technical information for use during the development of the project design. The selected candidate will be capable of delivering a RIBA Stage 4 package comprising of detailed design and construction drawings 1:5 and 1:20 details. Main duties shall include: · Co-ordinate, develop and collate technical information · Investigate manufacturers technical information and factors that affect projects, including Client requirements, site/building surveys and regulatory requirements. · Production of information necessary to submit Applications to relevant statutory authorities. · Prepare and present design proposals using our BIM authoring software ArchiCAD. Training will be provided. · Prepare and present detail design proposals using ArchiCAD. · Develop a program of deliverables with the Architects. · Contribute to the detailed design process and co-ordinate detailed design information with the Design Team. · Prepare specifications using NBS for construction work. · Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals. · Attend co-ordination meetings, record minutes and prepare any associated documentation. · Contribute to design stage risk assessments. · Make site visits and record findings of site inspections. · Attend meetings, record minutes and prepare associated documentation. · Check, co-ordinate and comment on subcontractor information. · As required by the Contractor, prepare and present construction details using our BIM authoring software ArchiCAD. · Compile As Built drawings using our BIM authoring software ArchiCAD.
