Multi Trader x 4 - I am currently looking for 4 x Multi Traders to work on a contracting basic across South and North London. The work will be on a brand new contract working mainly across these postcodes in social housing properties. The work will include a mixture of carpentry, painting, plumbing, kitchen/bathroom fitting and maintenance in domestic homes. As a Multi Trader working on a contract basis, you will either need your own vehicle or use the company vehicle that is on offer. The rate of pay for the Multi Trader is £22-23/hour, based on working anything between 40 - 50 hours per week. The work is long-term and can even move permanent for the right Multi Traders, you must also have your own basic tools and protective clothing. Electrical Supervisor - I am currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to work on a permanent basis for one of the leading social housing maintenance providers in Essex. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor within a domestic environment. Responsbilities will vary including both working in the office and out in the field, completing quality checks, reports, ensuring contracts are delivered to KPI standard and as safely but efficiently as possible. There will no need for the Electrical Supervisor to be on the tools but there may be an occasional job to audit or survey. Painter / Decorator - I currently have an interesting opportunity available for 1, maybe 2 Painters / Decorators to work on a contract in North Wales, working in train stations across 2 main locations in Holyhead & Machynlleth. The Painter will be expected to paint social distancing lines within the rail station to make it suitable for the public to use. There will also be some painting / decorating work to be done in the companies offices and toilets, all relevant to social distancing. The rate of pay for the Painter / Decorator is £16/hour, based off working a standard 40 hour working week from Monday - Friday. The Painter / Decorator will need their own PPE / safety boots, but all of the paint, tape and brushes will be supplied (we will be able to loan you safety boots if you do not have any).
