Contracts Manager will be overseeing multiple housing developments across the midland’s sites across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Rutland. Plot sizes vary, majority of them traditional build, timber frame ad-hoc. Project Manager Aylesbury Main Contractor Salary Negotiable A well-established multi disciplined contractor based in Hertfordshire has approached i-texo recruitment to assist them in the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager to strengthen the team and manage a project-based just outside of Aylesbury. The successful Project Manager will have experience of contract values between £10-15m and ideally have exposure to new build care homes. Project Manager Duties & Career Background • Planning of the works in conjunction with the site team • The direction of resources including both direct and sub-contract labour • Establish safe and proper working practices and ensure their implementation • Interpret and implement company style and ethos • Develop and maintain good relationships with people from other organisations • Appraise and co-ordinate the design and instigate changes, as appropriate in conjunction with the design team • Recommend improvements to existing systems or procedures as appropriate • Monitor quality of the product to ensure that all works comply with the relevant standards • Monitor and check the costs in conjunction with the surveying department to ensure that projects are kept within budget. • Worked as a No.1 on site for projects up to at least £10m You will be able to demonstrate a stable career background, alongside the experience of running projects up to £20m as a Project Manager.
