Qualifications:
HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
UK Driving Licence
Experience:
Demonstrate significant experience in Highway construction, asset inspection and supervision. Experience in Highway asset inspections,
In the use of Highways England asset referencing
In asset database management
In the use of Symology asset management systems
Ability to set-out and provide line/level information to contractors
Ability to agree quantities and valuations with contractors
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
