The opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a leading Highways Maintenance company to add value to multimillion-pound projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civils or Highways, experience with NEC3 contracts and relevant qualifications. The Site Manager role is responsible for the operational delivery of schemes on time, to budget. As senior team member, with day to day responsibility for the delivery of one project, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered in a way which matches company processes, the divisional strategy and the long term plan which is put in place by the Contracts Managers.
