As well as tower cranes, LTC has an extenisve Hoist offering, for which the company now needs a Depot Manager to be based in Peterborough. Role & Responsibilities * Planning and control of daily production schedules. * Liaise with design team to provide a bridge between the office and shop floor. * Arrange stock and monitor necessary equipment. * Direct supervision of personnel. * Embracing all aspects of assigned staff management, identifying competency requirements, training, development of the team and all disciplinary procedures. * Maintaining and creating a good working atmosphere and motivating the workforce resulting in improved productivity. * Implementing and monitoring health, safety and environmental issues within their department to ensure compliance with the appropriate legislation. * Take lead responsibility of staff during the shift, ensuring that they are working within hours, wearing PPE, and following company policies as set out. * Assist, help, and train personnel. * Overtime expected when required to ensure timely delivery to customers. Required Experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good time management. * Well organised. * Good IT capabilities. * Able to read design / fabrication drawings. * Good all round fabrication experience

Systems Data Analyst The Role: We are looking for a Systems Data Analyst to join a busy systems team, which is split into two sections; business as usual support, and project implementations. You will typically be working on the project side of the team, dealing with multiple projects at any one time. There will also be an element of BAU support required. Architectural Metalwork / Steelwork Estimator Location: Borehamwood Job Description The JRL Group is an industry leading, innovative national construction group consisting of 14+ divisions across civils, build & the built environment and are ever expanding As part of this continued expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced architectural metalwork and steelwork Estimator to join our newly formed specialist fabrication division which will be located in Nottingham Responsibilities: * Appraising tender documents, identifying tender deliverables and preparing estimates as necessary * Ensuring tenders are submitted accurately, professionally and on time to reflect current market conditions * Ability to evaluate all architect and engineering drawings and specification documents and prepare full and accurate take offs, measures and costs based on these * Pricing of Bills of Quantities including build costs, erection, preliminaries and fees as applicable * Risk and value management of tenders.
