Responsibilities: * Run the sales invoicing process for a concrete production business, this involves processing of tickets & posting/issuing invoices across the group. This is a very busy position, and requires someone with a strong personality, who is organised and works well under pressure. You will need to have good communication skills, both written and orally and work to deadlines. Attention to detail is key. This position is in the construction industry and will be overseeing a staff of four, reporting to the payroll manager. This department pays 1800 subcontractors a week, 750 employees a week and 800 employees a month. There can also be up to 120 new starters a week. Systems Data Analyst The Role: We are looking for a Systems Data Analyst to join a busy systems team, which is split into two sections; business as usual support, and project implementations. You will typically be working on the project side of the team, dealing with multiple projects at any one time. There will also be an element of BAU support required. Supporting the System Project Manager and working directly with end users, you will be involved in system configuration, excel support (including macro based worksheets), system testing, and user training. The initial key aims of the role is to implement Power BI, re-design a number of Marco-enabled worksheets, plus creating some new ones, and then providing ongoing support for all of these. There will then be further scope of the role to get involved with different projects, supporting the System Project Manager as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of Excel, Macros/VBA, SQL and Data Analytics, good documentation and presentation skills, the ability work across multiple departments and manage stakeholders, and experience of working with users, responding clearly and efficiently to queries. Midgard are looking for a skilled multi -trader / Handyman to carry out various duties on our new site Vauxhall, London. This is a long-term project that require suitable applicants to have a broad range of craftsmanship and practical skills. These skills will prove useful when carrying out the types of duties required from our multi-trader operatives. Type of work undertaking will be: * Cutting out finished tiles and plasterboard in bathrooms * Reinstate the plasterboard to allow tiling to then progress * Adjust the Gerberit frames where needed. * Readjustment of kitchen sockets and splashbacks * Install bath and shower protection plywood * Fitting of timber battens to the baths & shower trays This is a long-term position, with guaranteed hours per week on the timesheet, competitive rates of pay and NO agencies or umbrella companies involved. Architectural Metalwork / Steelwork Estimator Location: Borehamwood Job Description The JRL Group is an industry leading, innovative national construction group consisting of 14+ divisions across civils, build & the built environment and are ever expanding As part of this continued expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced architectural metalwork and steelwork Estimator to join our newly formed specialist fabrication division which will be located in Nottingham Responsibilities: * Appraising tender documents, identifying tender deliverables and preparing estimates as necessary * Ensuring tenders are submitted accurately, professionally and on time to reflect current market conditions * Ability to evaluate all architect and engineering drawings and specification documents and prepare full and accurate take offs, measures and costs based on these * Pricing of Bills of Quantities including build costs, erection, preliminaries and fees as applicable * Risk and value management of tenders.
