My client who provide business critical Mechanical & Electrical solutions to a wide variety of customers across the Public, Private and Commercial arenas are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to support a large commercial contract located throughout Perth and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. My client currently provides mechanical services including Plumbing, Heating and Gas on both a planned and reactive basis to this commercial contract. Employed in a mobile position covering the Perth and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for: * Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance * Installation & repairs * Reactive and small works * Fault finding within plant rooms * Temperature checks * Maintaining accurate records Essential requirements: * Served recognised apprenticeship * Possess comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding * Skilled in carrying out all aspects of commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs * Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills * Good problem-solving skills * Confidence in own ability * Willing to contribute to working as part of an “on-call rota” * Full UK Drivers licence * Willing to undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks

Employed in a truly mobile position covering Scotland and NE England, you will be responsible for: * Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance * Installation & repairs * Conducting water management services, such as water monitoring, legionella control, tank cleaning and chlorination * Remedial works, bringing water systems up to ACOP L8 approved guidelines * Maintaining accurate records Essential requirements: * Served recognised apprenticeship * Possess comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding * Skilled in carrying out all aspects of commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs * Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills * Good problem-solving skills * Confidence in own ability * Willing to contribute to working as part of an “on-call rota” * Willing to travel extensively throughout the UK and work away from home when required * Full UK Drivers licence * Willing to undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks

You will be responsible for: * Manual labouring * Operating a wide range of heavy-duty machinery and tools * Maintaining H&S in the workplace Essential requirements: * Full UK Drivers licence and own transport due to shift start times * Come from a Labouring and/or physically demanding background * Physically fit * Flexible with working shifts and contributing to overtime if and when required * Sound knowledge and understanding of H&S standards in the workplace
