We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Document Controller / Administrator for an anticipated 12-month contract on a prestigious Industrial Refurbishment project in the Selby District of Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate must have experience working within a contracting environment in construction or engineering and be familiar with Document Control and general office administration duties associated with a fast-paced project.
You must possess very strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Our client is a major international organisation with well established systems operating around the SAP platform, therefore some experience in SAP is advantageous.
The project will be led with a strong collaborative culture which would suit an individual with great people skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
The contract is anticipated to be approximately 12 months in duration with an anticipated start in July, subject to current COVID 19 restrictions. This is therefore a great opportunity to secure a prestigious contract assignment for when restrictions are relaxed.

Ideally you will have experience on live industrial construction projects through pre-construction planning to testing commissioning and production phases.
You will be involved from the early pre-construction phase working and collaborating with organisations from several European countries, establishing a strong safety culture and ensuring our client’s reputation for delivering projects safely, on time and in budget is forefront. Exposure to working with European OEMs developing robust Safe Systems of Work would be advantageous.
The project will be led with a strong collaborative culture which would suit an individual with great people skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels from International CEO to the Blue-Collar workforce.
