Our client is looking for an established Construction Estimator to join their team in London. The position would be office based but may involve visits to prospective client's premises. The role is focused on preparing estimates and quotations for prospective clients with use of our internally developed estimating software. Project's budget varies from £100,000 to £(phone number removed). The estimator will prepare a pricing document either based on a Tendering Pack which will include the Scope of Works and technical drawings or on the basis of a Quotation Visit Report prepared during the site meeting with the Client.
