Our client is looking for an established Construction Estimator to join their team in London. The position would be office based but may involve visits to prospective client's premises. The role is focused on preparing estimates and quotations for prospective clients with use of our internally developed estimating software. Project's budget varies from £100,000 to £(phone number removed). The estimator will prepare a pricing document either based on a Tendering Pack which will include the Scope of Works and technical drawings or on the basis of a Quotation Visit Report prepared during the site meeting with the Client. Key duties: Receiving and acknowledging and checking tender documents Revising and understanding existing plans, structural drawings and project specifications Experience on both residential & commercial buildingsa Construction knowledge from groundworks up to roof of buildings Understanding the project Scope of Works as a part of Tender Pack Preparing the Scope of Work when not provided by the Client Liaising with clients, architects, structural engineers to understand the drawings and specifications Preparation of estimates and quotations on the basis of received information Preparation of other related documents for the purpose of quotation Preparation of the Bill of Quantities for awarded contracts Potentially, quotation visits to the prospective customers For the right candidate we offer: Work in dynamic environment Become a part of a business which is dedicated to achieving success Salary around £45-£55k. Cleaner Barrow 6 month contract £12.63 per hour PAYE Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a large manufacturing organisation. They are currently seeking Ancillary Cleaner's to join their site in Barrow on an initial 6 month basis. The Ancillary Cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning of vessels and work areas to a high standard of cleanliness. The Ancillary Cleaner must be able to take director and communicate effectively. They will have a good understanding of health and safety along with being able to work as part of a team and without supervision. Individuals must be conversant with good standards of housekeeping. The Ancillary Cleaner will be required to work hours in line with business requirement. This will be set shift patterns across days/evenings/nights/4 day week. Experience of working within a large industrial environment is highly desirable.
