Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer (installation and service) Location: South Yorkshire Salary / Package: Up to £35,000 / 40 hour week / Bonus / Door to Door Pay / 25 Days Holiday a year + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shut Down / High Spec Company Van (Can be used for personal use) / Overtime Paid @ time 1.5 and Double time Air Conditioning installation engineers are responsible for installing a wide range of Air Conditioning equipment including VRV / VRF / SPLIT systems, Heat Recovery systems and spiral ducting Installations so you must have prior experience of this in order to be considered. Qualifications / Experience: Must have worked in the industry for a minimum of 1 years as an installation engineer. NVQ level 2 / valid F-Gas certificate highly desirable. Experience on the following equipment is desirable VRV / VRF / SPLIT systems, Heat Recovery systems and spiral ducting Installations Proof of right to work in the UK. Program Manager / FM / Estates / Policy / Change / £550pd Program Manager / FM / Estates / Policy / Change / £550pd My client, a large government department are looking to recruit based on the onset of a large portfolio of work. On this occasion my client are looking to recruit an experienced program manager to manage a complex group of projects around the current building estate. Te program manager will be responsible for : Ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient departmental service. Lead projects, programmes, departmental campaigns and ensure performance levels are monitored and reported against target and plan. Develop and implement strategic / business plans and seek continuous improvement of corporate performance in line with strategic objectives. Manage organisational change and effectively plan, implement and communicate changes with stakeholders. Manage resources effectively and ensure financial control of local budgets. Oversee the quality, secure handling and dissemination of data/information, in line with Agency policy. Attend cross directorate work groups and engage with business representatives to ensure optimum service provision and best value. Work with government departments and represent the Agency at cross government committee/meetings (as required). Work cooperatively with staff and colleagues, to promote high performance and adherence to corporate values. To manage issues relating to the performance and conduct of officers (as required). Lead on building effective internal and external partner relations and work collaboratively with stakeholders and external agencies. Lead, promote and implement Health and Safety measures and ensure risk assessments are conducted effectively in line with Agency policy and safety legislation.
