This position is for an Air Conditioning Engineer who is likely to have a minimum of 5 years industry experience with the majority being maintenance based, but you will also have spent a bit of time on the install side of the industry. The company is well established and now employs over 30 engineers in and around the London area. Throughout the coronavirus situation their business has been robust, primarily due to the breadth of work that they carry out with a large proportion of it being in the healthcare sector. As such, if you have experience of maintaining air-con systems within hospitals and clinics, this could be a distinct advantage. You will be undertaking maintenance works and need to be able to quickly and accurately diagnose faults and repair necessary on a wide range of plant from manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi etc. You will need to hold your NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in air conditioning and hold a current FGas certificate. Their working hours are 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday while a significant amount of overtime is available if you want it.
