You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for all of the life safety and building services within both the existing housing stock and across the regeneration portfolio to align with the council's 30 year business plan.Leadership Lead a team of technical staff who have operational responsibility for the management of installation, maintenance and repair contractors working for the council.
