Stock Condition Surveyor £15ph+ Portsmouth/Basingstoke 6 Month Contract Workshop Recruitment are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor for some work between Portsmouth and Basingstoke on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across all residential and dwelling/non dwelling assets and blocks. There will be tenants in the properties so you will need to have a valid DBS check. You will survey properties to assess any hazard for compliance with HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating Systems) and report any building defects found. The role will be solely site based with ½ a day at home for admin works therefore mileage will be paid minus the first 15 miles of each day. Reactive Maintenance Supervisor Fareham £30-34K Summary of Role Workshop Recruitment’s client are looking for a supervisor to provide fabric maintenance and void repairs to residential buildings in Fareham. The principle works will be kitchen fitting, wet rooms and bathroom fitting. Your role will involve managing work being carried out by directly employed operatives and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, company values and value for money are met at all times.
