You will be an experienced Project Manager (circa 5 years’ experience) who has managed installation projects, ideally for a sub-contractor. The right candidate can be from any construction related sector i.e. joinery, drylining, double glazing etc Responsible for the overall management of installations of flood protection measures and products to domestic and commercial properties throughout the UK. Projects are nationwide and cover everything from multiple property contracts and also individual/domestic clients. Main responsibilities; surveying, estimating and quotation for works, procurement of products materials and labour, scheduling of workforce/labour, interaction between installation teams and customers, main contractor liaison, supervision of workforce and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to programme, specification and quality standards. Requirements; Project Manager within the construction sector (circa 5 years) Sub-contractor or installations experience Flood defence experience is not essential but is preferred. Role and Responsibilities Be responsible for the delivery of the project plan reporting at regular intervals to senior managers Develop funding plans to ensure the programs ongoing delivery and success Be accountable for full project risk and issue identification and mitigation management  Work with the project teams and assist with the move management and operational resources as required for the move Plan the moves including the provision, relocation, audit, and collection of equipment needed to aid the physical relocation Reacting with ad-hoc requests, ensuring resources and equipment are allocated appropriately Managing relocation process on time and inception to completion, on budget, meeting challenging programmes and requirements Developing and deploying change control and risk management procedures Driving communication plans to ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders Providing a robust management of relocation cost and change requests  Attending scheduled move meetings Be able to develop rapport with clients in order to secure further move opportunities  Be able to work effectively remotely and manage multiple tasks Requirements Experience in a similar project or facilities management role overseeing a large scale office relocation. You will work closely with the in-house consultancy team to ensure that our services are delivered on budget and comply with the agreed scope of service, acting as liaison with Clients. This position has come about due to the demand for façade consultants to carry out robust investigations into the constructional make-up of the façades of buildings to determine compliance with legislation with regard to fire safety. Your role will primarily be office-based with occasional visits to client premises or sites where required. You will be responsible for: Understanding the deliverables included in the agreed scope of services and using project management software, plan and manage the work flow. Ideally you will come from a trade background with on the tools experience of roofing including pitched and flat roofing. However, the main aim of this role is to deliver projects on time and within budget. We need an individual with at least three years of experience managing roofing projects who can programme, coordinate and deliver projects efficiently to hit the ground running on commercial projects up that range from £20k to £2m. This is a great opportunity for a driven project manager who wants to lead their own division, the company have huge growth plans and this role is suited towards someone who can develop into one of the companies future leaders.
