Interim Asset Manager London Home Working Competitive Day Rate You can expect a day rate better than most for this new Asset Manager opportunity. What s more, you can work from home and only need to go into the London office once a month. The Housing Association in question are smaller than most, and this Asset Manager position will be the final piece of the puzzle for them. What will you be doing? You will work autonomously, producing programmes of works using energy efficiency (EPC ratings) and stock condition data for the housing stock. With a mix of leasehold, shared ownerships, and co-ops you will have the chance to work on a varied housing portfolio. What do they need from you? Previously experience working as an Asset Manager or a Project Manager is desirable. If you ve used Keystone or Northgate that would be beneficial. An MRICS or MCIOB qualification would also be an advantage. If you live in London, Kent, Essex or other surrounding areas you can easily get to this Housing Associations office when needed. Are you a Senior Manager with a Surveying background looking for your next interim assignment? Want to work in a place known for it's beautiful nature reserves and the County where Ed Sheeran was raised? A Housing Association is looking for an Interim Head of Property Services to join them for an initial 6 months' contract. You will ideally come from a Surveying background with qualifications to support this. However, experience is valued over qualifications. Part of your responsibilities will be to manage a team of Surveyors and Admin staff helping delivery planned and reactive maintenance services to the housing stock. There is also an aspect of assisting with their asset strategy involved, so if you have done this before it would be a big advantage. Of course like most organisations, the Housing Association operates a hybrid working model, with a minimum requirement of 1 day a week in the office. The rest of the week you can work from home. The Clerk of Works is responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of building maintenance and major capital refurbishment & compliance projects within the Housing Assets and Investments team, conducting inspections, checks, and supervisory duties to ensure all work meets the required standards. To monitor and report on building construction works in progress and upon completion to ensure compliance with design specifications, Building Regulations, Planning, and other statutory regulations, in collaboration with delivery teams. To collaborate with all stakeholders and support a professional multi-disciplinary team delivering a multimillion-pound programme to ensure fully compliant construction projects. Strong track record in Clerk of Works experience with demonstrable competence in Contractor/Designer liaison within construction in accordance with the JCT and NEC forms of contract.
