They have 30 staff members across all disciplines operating in the private and public sectors and now need a lead Interior Designer to join a dedicated team. Your varied responsibilities will include. - Design layouts - Client presentations - Working drawings - Sourcing of materials We are keen to speak with Interior Designers / Architects who hold a relevant BA or industry recognised qualification with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience. You will be (ideally although not essential) literate with REVIT and have good technical skills along with being comfortable with clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Landscape Architect to join the team of this Cardiff based, award winning practice. They have the flexibility to consider a Landscape Architect or Senior Landscape Architect to help create sustainable and successful developments for a growing client base. You will have a varied role and will have experince of either planning or Design. You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of CAD and Adobe Creative Suite. They are an RIBA chartered practice with studios in Bristol and Bradford Upon Avon specialising in the high end residential sector. Projects feature work on listed and heritage buildings throughout the Cotswold's and Somerset for prestigious clients. Due to another upturn in workload they are looking for an Architect in Bristol. You will be taking projects from concept design through planning, technical design and construction stages. In this varied role you will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors whilst ensuring timescales are being met. We are keen to hear from ARB registered Architects who are confident working on listed buildings with strong AutoCAD skills. You will hold good sketching skills and have a solid understanding of the building regulations. This role needs someone who is able to communicate with clients on site and holds a full UK driving licence. In return you will enjoy a supportive studio with a company that has a low staff turnover.
