Initially you will be running a significant healthcare project to manage change control, internal programme coordination and delivery packages. You will be working tightly with clients and stakeholders throughout the process. We are looking to hear from architects who can manage multi disciplinary consultants with experience of working on large projects. You will have a strong understanding of NEC contracts and be familiar with working across all RIBA Stages. REVIT is desirable. They encompass Architecture, Interior Design, CDM and building surveying and have an envious client base. The role will see you working on existing builds where you will wrk with a 'broad consultancy team'. You will be involved with architectural detailing, construction packages and solving any issues occuring on site. We would like to hear from RIBA Chartered applicants who have strong detailing skills with experience of working on 'sensitive architecture' projects. You will hold a knowledge of traditional construction methods and be literate with REVIT.
