Surveyor Ipswich 35,000 - 40,000 pa plus commission This role, joining a close-knit independent company that specialises in timber treatment and damp control, would suit an experienced surveyor who is looking for continued training and career development. As a Surveyor, your role will include:- Diagnosing dampness in buildings and / or preserving timber Producing accurate and detailed written and verbal reports Attending site visits in and around East Anglia Being the point of contact for any active works, as well as preparing COSHH As part of your role, you will get:- A fully funded company van All equipment needed to complete your role Ongoing training opportunities Commission on all your surveys, as well as on any completed works To be considered for the role of Surveyor, you should be:- Certified Surveyor or Timber and Dampness in Buildings - CSTDB Knowledge of waterproofing in basements, cellars etc Building maintenance knowledge Knowledge of Damp Surveys, Damp Detection, and property surveys
