Commercial Painter and Decorator 32,000- 40,000 Bexleyheath Mon- Fri 7:30am-4pm Perm My client based in Bexleyheath is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Painter and Decorator to join their team on a full time perm basis. You will be working on projects within London and some Southeast, 90% of jobs will be in London. You are someone who delivers exceptional standards and holds themselves to producing high quality outcomes to ensure the finished look is perfect. There might be an occasional out of hours where you will be paid time and a half but this isn't often for out of hours. Day to day of the Commercial Painter and Decorator: Working collaboratively with other trades on site, ensuring you are timing up correctly for your part of the job role to be carried out. Carrying out internal and external commercial painting and decorating which includes prep, priming, undercoating and snagging. Preparing all surfaces before carrying out works. Working with a range of tools such as plaster, brushes, rollers, spray guns and material such as Vinyl, paper and specialist finishes dependent on client requests. Day to day of the Commercial Painter and Decorator: Strong experience being a Commercial Painter and Decorator for at least 3 years. Great surface preparation skills for different surfaces. Can make plaster and carry out patch plastering. Worked with a range of wall coverings. Comfortable with out of hours and night shift working when required. CSCS Card. Own tools. Driving Licence. Commercial Plumber 40,000- 50,000 Bexleyheath Mon- Fri 7:30am-4pm Perm My client based in Bexleyheath are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Plumber who has worked on large projects to install and maintain commercial plumbing and heating pipework systems. You will be attending sites across London and the Southeast as required. You could be on one job for one full day or for a few months at a time dependent on the project. Day to day of the Commercial Plumber: Completing a range of different works such as DHW, DHWS, CWS, water distribution pipeworks, underfloor and radiant ceiling heating systems etc. Working on above ground drainage installations and pumped waste/ drainage systems. Chilled water installations such as large water tanks. Carry out pipework fabrications and installations across a range of materials and metals. Reading technical drawings and schematics for installations, even if they aren't the current state of the building. Working on existing live systems and upgrading where needed. Plan pipework routes through existing plant rooms, risers and locations. Working with a range of other engineers in different trades to reach the same goal. Requirements of the Commercial Plumber: Fully Qualified Plumber, city and guilds Level 2 or equivalent. At least 3 years worth of experience. Strong pipework fabrications and pipework experience. Multi Trader London and South East 40,000- 50,000 Mon- Fri 7:30am-4pm Perm My client is looking to recruit an experience Multi Trader with a valid CSCS card who has roughly 4-5 solid years experience as a Multi- Trader. You will be experienced in a range of trades such as Plumbing, electrical, AC units, Carpentry , plastering and general construction work. You will be someone who is independent but can also work well within a team. A fuel card and company van will be given. Day to day of the Multi Trader: Completing a range of duties on site which can be super varied day to day, which includes works such as general construction work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, AC units, drainage etc. You will be working independently but also with a range of subcontractors on site who are specialists in their fields which you will support them. You will be required to travel between London and the South East dependent on the project that you shall be supporting. Requirements of the Multi- Trader Roughly 4 5 years experience being a multi- trader working on 100,000 projects. Experience in all the different trades detailed above. Happy to travel within London and the South East when required, a company van and fuel card is given. Valid CSCS card. Any qualifications in any trades would be desirable.
