Due to continued expansion across the South West, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term progression within a forward-thinking business that is entering an exciting phase of growth. Key Responsibilities • Preparing and submitting competitive tenders in line with company procedures • Providing weekly updates on tender progress • Liaising with buyers and internal teams regarding material enquiries • Ensuring all enquiries are completed within agreed deadlines • Communicating with relevant authorities where required • Maintaining compliance with current health & safety legislation • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth business operations • Ensuring all processes meet ISO, SMAS, CHAS and Achilles accreditation standards • Potential for site visits where required Candidate Requirements • Current or recent experience as an estimator with a groundworks contractor • Able to commute to or relocate to Redruth, Cornwall area What s on Offer • Salary negotiable depending on experience • Potential for bonus opportunity • Permanent, full-time, office based position • Modern, purpose built office environment • On-site parking • Career development within a growing contractor • Supportive and professional team culture • Cycle to work scheme • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + shutdown for Christmas period All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
