The Opportunity Elite has been retained exclusively to identify an experienced and dynamic BEV Program Manager to spearhead LiuGong's electric construction equipment rollout across the European market. Reporting directly to the European Product Director, this role will be instrumental in delivering full-lifecycle, commercially viable BEV solutions for key customers, rental fleets, and public sector operators. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring collaboration across sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams in Europe, the UK, and China. Key Responsibilities Integrated BEV Solutions & Strategic Partnerships Define and deliver complete BEV product packages tailored to rental, fleet, and public sector use cases. Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to integrate Ilink telematics, financing, and service bundles. Support key account acquisition through customized go-to-market strategies. Product Lifecycle Management Lead the lifecycle of BEV products from pilot validation to market scaling and end-of-life. Work with headquarters and regional teams to define specifications, pricing, and launch plans. Oversee readiness planning including demo programs, aftersales support, and commercial tooling. Application Profiling & Technical Matching Conduct field research to build robust application and customer use-case libraries. Match machines to application needs based on power, duty cycle, and performance demands. Develop productivity modeling and battery longevity forecasts by application type. TCO & Tender Enablement Maintain and train teams on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculators and ROI models. Support tender responses with detailed technical and financial data specific to BEV operations. Position TCO advantage as a core component of LiuGong's value proposition. Customer Training & Market Enablement Develop training content and tools for BEV customers, dealers, and rental partners. Lead safety, operational, and compliance training for local teams and technical stakeholders. Provide hands-on support during commissioning, onboarding, and aftermarket rollouts. Brand & Market Positioning Build market messaging around sustainability, uptime, simplicity, and environmental compliance. Work with marketing to develop brochures, case studies, and digital campaigns. Represent LiuGong at trade shows, exhibitions, and media events to promote BEV technology leadership. ESG & Thought Leadership Align LiuGong's BEV offerings with broader EU Green Deal goals and zero-emission mandates. Contribute to white papers, industry panels, and external thought leadership initiatives. Build strategic relationships with advisors, regulators, and industry influencers. Ideal Candidate Profile Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Experience: 5+ years in strategic product development, marketing, or program management roles. Experience in electric vehicles, construction equipment, or industrial machinery. Proven background in dealer management or key account support highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of electrified machinery and application engineering. Commercially savvy with excellent stakeholder management abilities. Confident communicator with outstanding presentation, training, and facilitation skills. Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Location: South-East Salary: Up to 74,000 per annum plus additional benefits Organisation Type: House Builder/Developer Contract Type: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at a well-established housing association based in the South-East. The business is a land-led housebuilder and developer with a vertically integrated model, with approximately 47% of operations are in-house, covering everything from land acquisition, planning, civil engineering, and timber frame manufacturing to drylining, joinery, and customer care. This integrated approach allows there to be an overall better control over quality, efficiency, and safety, which is different from other housebuilders. We are looking someone ideally based somewhere in the South-East, as this is where projects are as it stands. It will be a visible leadership role with regular site presence, but you also offer hybrid working. This is a critical second-in-command position, supporting the Group HSEQ Director. The right candidate will be someone with broad construction safety experience who can operate independently and have oversight over multiple branches of the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of H&S across multiple business units, including manufacturing sites Supporting live construction projects from pre-construction through handover- working closely with contract managers and key stakeholders Investigating incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Assisting with SSIP, ISO, and client compliance requirements. Managing advisors and ensuring consistent site safety practices (RAMS, daily activity briefings, toolbox talks, etc.).
